Important

• Watch our training videos before use. It takes a few minutes of time but it shows how easy it is to edit the notes.  Please also check out the Help Area.
• After selecting a note, please allow up to 10 seconds for it to load.
• Image quality can appear slightly 'pixelated' on the designer.  Please use the preview button to see actual graphic quality.

Saving Your Work

• To save/download your completed design: Press the magnifying glass, inspect your work and then save the note to your device by right-clicking the mouse and ‘Save Image As’ (on PC) or holding finger on the image for 3 seconds (phone).
• Unfortunately, you cannot save your work from one device and then resume on another device. In order to load a saved design, you must use the same device (and browser) that you edited and saved it on.  You must also never clear browser history or your work will be lost.

Mobile Tips

We do not recommend mobile phones to edit the notes, as it can be very easy to accidentally move things around on the designs. We highly recommend using a desktop computer or tablet.

However, it is totally possible (and still rather easy) to use a phone.  If you do:

• Be very careful when touching background as it can move objects around.
• It is best to rotate the phone horizontally (landscape mode) to edit the notes.

Please also make sure that you read our Help Area.  Unfortunately, our staff cannot assist with editing the notes.
