Very few of our customers want refunds. However, as promised, you are entitled to a refund if you're not satisfied, as long as you are still within the 24 hour trial period. We cannot give you a refund if you are outside of the 24-hour trial period. You agreed to this here and it was mentioned on the thank you page (here) and on the delivery emails (here). It is also mentioned on other parts of our site.
If it is still within the 24 hour trial period, please do the following:
Step 1: Email us at email@example.com.
Step 2: We will refund you as soon as possible. We are very fast, but please be patient. You will receive a refund receipt when we've refunded on our side.
Step 3: Now that we've submitted to the bank to refund, the funds should return to your account in 4-5 days.
You may be wondering: Wait, why so quick to take money but why does it take several days to get it back?
We understand. But this is how it works with all credit card transactions.
We asked our merchant gateway this same question and this is what they said:
"It's usually because they screen refunds more heavily than they do transactions since refunding can be used to launder money into the economy during criminal activity."
